Sooner or later you'll tires. Here's a guide to help you find the ones you need.
If your tires are worn, but your rims are in good shape. You can just replace the tires. If you have the right tools, you can remove the old tire from the rim and install the new tire. However, it can be difficult if you have never done it before, in which case, you can have it done by a local tire shop. Used tire shops are usually a good option because they are often cheaper and have shorter wait times. Lawn mower repair shop can also be good as they are used to working with smaller tires.
For many mowers, tires are sold pre-mounted on rims so they are easier to replace. Unfortunately, most of the rims used on Ryobi 48V mowers use a non-standard offset. This means complete wheel assemblies are often limited to the stock tire and wheel. The part number for each one is listed below.
The tires for Ryobi 48V mowers are tubeless, meaning they are designed to form an airtight seal with the rim and do not use an inner tube. However, if you have a tire that is otherwise good, but will not hold air, one option is to add an inner tube to it. This requires buying the right size inner tube, breaking the tire bead, removing the valve stem, installing the inner tube, and filling it with air. This can be a lower cost option to extend the life of a tire.
If you just have a small leak or puncture, there are a couple low cost methods to seal the tire.
The first is tire plugs. These are good for small holes made in the tread of the tire. A plug is simply a piece of rubber inserted into the hole to seal it. Kits come with a reamer that will enlarge the hole just enough to get the plug in. Then you put the rubber through the hole with glue using a special tool. Then you pull the tool out quickly, the rubber stays in the hole. Then you can trim off the excess rubber. Some kits include glue and others don't require it. Here is a video.
Here are a couple plug kits I have used
Traditional kit with glue
Doesn't use glue, includes plastic case and pressure gauge
For leaks that are in other locations, such as around the rim, sometimes tire sealant works. Tire sealant is a thick, sticky liquid that fills small voids to create an airtight seal. It is inserted through the valve stem. When the tire is presurized, it will force the sealant into areas where there is a leak. It's easy to use and does a good job for certain types of leaks. The main downside is will need to be cleaned off if the tire is ever replaced. This typically requires a mix of manual removal and using a solvent, such as acetone. Slime Tire and Tube Sealant is one of the most common of these sealants.

While intended for snow, some people find these tires provide better traction on hills when mowing. Note these tires have a lower load rating than the stock tires, 410 vs 620 lbs.

The ZT480 and ZT540 use the same size tires, though they use different part numbers because the rim colors are different.

The stock tires are actually P332B. The P332 is the same except it has a longer tread depth of 7.1mm vs 5.5mm. The 332B is likely an lower cost OEM-only variant.
This is a hybrid tire with lugs in the middle and turf treads on the edge and shoulders. This is a good option if you want a single tire for snow, turf, and other terrains.
